PROloop bag mislabeled

I received a bag of pot holder loops clearly labeled as “PRO” on the bag. However when I opened the bag, I was disappointed to find it contained only the traditional-size loops. While I was not planning on making smaller potholders, I was pleased with the high quality of the loops themselves...much better than those I have bought at other craft stores.

I'm sorry the bag of loops you got was mislabeled. One of our staff will be in touch with you to see what we can do to make things fair.
