A tribute to a loving father who was also a minister, farmer, and historian! This book follows the story of Christian J. Kurtz, born in 1901 near Morgantown, PA. He and his wife, Elise, lived on a farm between Elverson and Morgantown. In addition to his farming and family responsibilities, Kurtz was an ordained minister at the Conestoga Amish Mennonite Church and vice-chairman of Lancaster Mennonite Society.
Kurtz also researched family history and this book contains some of his work for a full picture of this remarkable man's life and roots.
