This Sourdough Starter Set has all you need to make a successful, fresh and delicious sourdough loaf. It includes two jars to allow a second batch to be created while the first batch is in progress. The stainless steel measuring lid is designed to precisely measure flour and water. There is also a step by step booklet that includes how-to instructions.
