Super Service, Even a personalized note inside the box!!

I ordered a large canner and this little magnetic lid grabber. Everything came within a week, and on the invoice there was a handwritten note that the lid grabber was "inside the canner" - wow - thank you. Can't wait to come to the physical store some day!!
