Outstanding brainpan and service

I called to make sure the size was correct for the space we had to place it. The person who helped was very kind and measured eh actual item for us. While this is a pricey item we felt it was worth it, as other side pans don't drain well and this was an "investment" for long term. The item was packed very well to prevent damage (noticed another review mentioned shipping package not strong) but they obviously pay attention to the reviews and customer feedback. They did not have a drain dish rack to go with it. We coupled it with a Farberware Large rust resistant one that we got on Amazon for $37 (sold as set with pan, but end drain so will donate to one of our daughters). GREAT BUSINESS!! GREAT SERVICE!!

The best one made

This item is very well made, plan on leaving it to someone in your will. I have had mine for two years, it still looks new and works well with a sink that protrudes up from the countertop by half an inch

slight damage

we like the dish drainer. paper packaging in the box did not protect one of the front corners which got slightly bent downward. it does not affect its function of acting like a funnel. thought about using some padding and bending it back into place, but am concerned about breaking the weld so will live with it just thought you might like to know that better interior packaging might be in order thanks.
