Simple durable addition to my kitchen

I’ve been trying to help my kitchen grow in its tools for the last several years. Used to just buy whatever, not paying attention. This was one of the first steps in my becoming a more conscious user of my utensils in my kitchen. Been making a lot of premade salads that I keep in the fridge and this helps keep the lettuce staying crisp and not browning for longer. Very happy.
