This Fermentation Set 0025069 provides the easy way to create large batches of your own delicious fermented foods packed with vitamins, minerals and probiotic cultures. Perfect for creating sauerkraut, kimchi, pickles, and much more. Just add your favorite vegetables, filtered water and salt. The silicone lid with air lock allows gas to be released but does not allow air to enter the jar during fermentation process.
