Checking the temperatures of your grilling meats is simple with the Traeger Digital Instant Read Thermometer. The thermometer powers on when the probe is lifted and powers off when the probe is folded down, or after 10 minutes of being idle. It can measure temperatures within 1% up to 572 F (300 C). The LCD Display shows the temperature in both Fahrenheit and Celsius degrees.
