The Flatrock Flat Top Grill from Traeger is perfect for griddling, frying, steaming, and sauteing. There are three separate TruZone cooking zones divided by Heatshield Insulation, so you have independent temperature control. The triple U-burner design offers twice the burner-to-cooktop coverage compared to standard griddles. The Flamelock construction, with a recessed cooking surface, keeps the heat where it should be and blocks out the wind, so you use less propane. The lid has folding hinges to stay upright securely, and the sides fold down for better storage. The P.A.L. Pop-and-Lock accessory rail lets you customize your griddle.
