Hi! I had ordered Carhartt shirt on line, but was informed that there weren't enough. I then called the store, and spoke to a very kind man that was able to order them from the company, and also still give me the sale price. After waiting only about a week and a half, I received a call letting me know the shirts were in, and that I should order them on-line soon so they could be shipped to me. A little while after I ordered, I got a call from a very nice girl letting me know that I ordered medium instead of the large I had originally ordered, and wondering if I had made a mistake! I was so grateful for her call, because when I ordered them to be shipped, I didn't even think about the size!! Again, so thankful she noticed and then called to check. I so appreciated both of your employees' honest, caring, and efficient handling of the whole order!!
