The Parisian Gherkin Cucumber has a sweet flavor and makes a great pickling cucumber. Plant in the spring when the soil temperature has reached 70 degrees or in the fall at least 12 weeks before the first frost. Grow in larger pots or a raised bed to allow room to spread. Harvest daily once the cucumbers have reached the gherkin stage.
