The Settlers of Catan game has been given "Game of the Year", "Hall of Fame", and even "Game of the Century" awards in Germany, the United States, and a number of other countries and has risen to become one of the most popular board games in the world.
Players have the role of being adventurous settlers taming an uncharted island, claiming natural resources, and building towns and cities, all the while competing against other players. Trade your resources, build roads, and race to claim the biggest part of the island.
